食管癌术后肠内营养基础研究进展

摘    要:食管癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一, 手术是首选的治疗方案。食管癌患者术后常发生吻合口瘘、肺部感染及呼吸循环衰竭等并发症。术后正确给予肠内营养支持不仅有利于维持患者各组织器官的代谢功能, 而且能够减少各种术后并发症, 维持正常的免疫反应。本文就食管癌术后肠内营养相关研究进展进行综述。

Research progress in postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract:Esophageal cancer is one of the tumors with high morbidity rates in China, and surgery remains to be the preferred treatment.However, certain complications such as anastomotic fistula, lung infection, respiratory failure, and circulatory failure occur after surgery.Postoperative enteral nutritional support could not only maintain and improve the nutritional status of the body but also reduce complications and maintain normal immune function.This review focuses on the progress in postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer.
