体外反搏仪防治急性脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效

目的:探讨分析体外反搏仪防治急性脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本院2019年1月~2019年10月收治的122例急性脑卒中患者,应用SPSS 19.0软件将其随机分为研究组和对照组,分别应用体外反搏仪进行治疗和常规治疗,观察两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率和患者满意度。结果:研究组和对照组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率分别为1.64%(1/61)和11.48%(7/61),组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者满意度分别为96.72%(59/61)和83.61%(51/61),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑卒中患者应用体外反搏仪可以有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生,提高患者满意度。

The Effect of External Counterpulsation on the Prevention and Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis After Acute Stroke

Objective:In order to analyze the clinical effect of external counterpulsation in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after acute stroke,and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:122 patients with acute stroke who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group by SPSS 19.0 software.They were treated with external counterpulsation instrument and routine treatment respectively.The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and patients’satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of DVT was 1.64%(1/61)in the study group and 11.48%(7/61)in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the study group and the control group was 96.72%(59/61)and 83.61%(51/61),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:External counterpulsation can effectively prevent the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with acute stroke and improve the patients’satisfaction.
