| 摘 要： | 目的:研究子宫动脉栓塞介入术治疗难治性产后大出血的疗效分析。方法:选取本院2015年1月~2018年12月接收的产后大出血产妇60例展开研究,随机分为对照组(常规栓塞治疗)和观察组(子宫动脉栓塞介入术);对比临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后心理状况。结果:观察组疗效较对照组好,不良反应6.6%,对照组33.3%,P<0.05。治疗后观察组焦虑抑郁评分明显较对照组低,P<0.05。结论:在产后大出血产妇的临床治疗中给予子宫动脉栓塞介入术治疗疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of uterine arterial embolization intervention on refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty women with postpartum hemorrhage received in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(conventional embolization treatment)and an observation group(uterine artery embolization intervention);Adverse reactions,psychological status before and after treatment.Results:The observation group was better than the control group,with 6.6%adverse reactions and 33.3%in the control group,P<0.05.The anxiety and depression score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of maternal postpartum hemorrhage,the interventional treatment of uterine artery embolization is effective. |
