探讨恶性孤立性肺结节的多层螺旋CT影像征象分析

目的:观察并分析肺内孤立性结节的CT平扫及增强的影像学征象,从而提高对肺孤立性结节的诊断水平,从而降低误诊率。方法:统计45例经手术或病理证实恶性肺孤立性结节的影像学表现,病理其病理结果进行对照,探讨影像学特异性表现与病变良恶性之间的关联。结果:当病变显示分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、支气管血管束聚集征时更倾向于对恶性病变的诊断。结论:薄层CT及增强可更清晰的显示孤立性肺结节的特征性表现,对恶性孤立性肺结节的诊断更有意义。

Multislice Spiral CT for Malignant Solitary Pulmonary Nodules Image Sign Analysis

Objective:To observe and analyze the CT plain and enhanced imaging signs of solitary pulmonary nodules,so as to improve the diagnostic level of solitary pulmonary nodules and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.Methods:The imaging findings of 45 patients with malignant solitary pulmonary nodules confirmed by surgery or pathology were analyzed,and the pathological results were compared to explore the correlation between the imaging characteristics and the benign and malignant lesions.Results:When the lesions showed lobulation sign,burr sign,pleural indentation sign and bronchovascular bundle aggregation sign,they were more inclined to diagnose malignant lesions.Conclusion:Thin-slice CT and contrast-enhanced CT can clearly show the characteristic features of solitary pulmonary nodules,which is more meaningful for the diagnosis of malignant solitary pulmonary nodules.
