微创术式治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床效果分析

目的:分析微创术式治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床效果及预后分析。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治90例粘连性肠梗阻患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例采用开腹手术治疗,研究组45例行微创腹腔镜手术治疗,对两组临床效果、手术指标及并发症进行比较。结果:研究组患者出血量、手术时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、住院费用和住院时间明显比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:粘连性肠梗阻患者行微创术式治疗,可减轻患者疼痛,减少其住院时间和住院费用,还能有效降低术后并发症发生。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgical Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of minimally invasive surgery for adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,90 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were admitted to our hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Endoscopic surgery,comparing the clinical effects,surgical indicators and complications of the two groups.Results:The bleeding amount,operation time,recovery time of bowel movement,hospitalization cost and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores of the patients in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction can reduce patients’pain,reduce their hospitalization time and hospitalization costs,and also effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
