对比分析终末期糖尿病肾病、非糖尿病肾病血液透析患者并发症发生情况

目的:对比终末期DN患者与非DN患者的血液透析并发症发生情况,为改善患者生存质量及生存率提供参考。方法:选取2014年7月~2016年6月,在本院治疗的110例慢性肾衰竭患者,所有患者均接受血液透析治疗,其中,DN患者55例作为观察组,非DN患者55例作为对照组,对比两组患者的生存情况及并发症情况。结果:两组患者1年存活率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的3年存活率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者低血糖、心血管并发症、脑血管意外、感染、消化道出血、动静脉内痿闭塞等并发症发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:终末期DN患者进行血液透析治疗并发症较多,且生存率较低,应给予针对性干预,做好并发症预防。

The Incidence of Complications in Hemodialysis Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy and Nondiabetic Nephropathy was Compared and Analyzed

Objective:To compare the incidence of hemodialysis complications in patients with end-stage DN and non-dn patients,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life and survival rate of patients.Methods:110 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected,all of whom received hemodialysis treatment.Among them,55 patients with DN were taken as the observation group and 55 patients without DN as the control group,and the survival and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in 1-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The 3-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as hypoglycemia,cardiovascular complications,cerebrovascular accidents,infection,gastrointestinal bleeding,and arteriovenous dysfunction occlusion was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with endstage DN,hemodialysis treatment has more complications and lower survival rate.Therefore,targeted intervention should be given to prevent complications.
