全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪的血糖检测结果分析

目的:探究全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪的血糖检测结果。方法:选取本院2019年1月~2019年5月收治的96例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。给予所有患者全自动生化分析仪及便携式血糖仪检测,对比患者快速血糖仪、全自动生化分析仪的血糖检测结果。结果:全自动生化分析仪空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平高于快速血糖仪检测,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。全自动生化分析仪静脉血空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平高于快速血糖仪检测,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:相比于快速血糖仪,全自动生化分析仪在检测血糖上优势更为突出,且快速血糖仪受外界因素影响较多,在检测血糖上还无法取代全自动生化分析仪。因此,临床在检测患者血糖时,一定要进行全自动生化分析仪检测,以提高检测准确率。

Analysis of Blood Glucose Test Results of Automatic Biochemical Analyzer and Rapid Blood Glucose Meter

Objective:To explore the blood glucose test results of automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter.Methods:96 patients with diabetes admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were given automatic biochemical analyzers and portable blood glucose meters for testing,and the blood glucose test results of patients’rapid blood glucose meters and automatic biochemical analyzers were compared.Results:The fasting blood glucose level and the 2h postprandial blood glucose level of the automatic biochemical analyzer were higher than those detected by the rapid blood glucose meter,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The venous blood fasting blood glucose and the 2h postprandial blood glucose level of the automatic biochemical analyzer were higher than those detected by the rapid blood glucose meter,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with the rapid blood glucose meter,the automatic biochemical analyzer has more outstanding advantages in detecting blood glucose,and the rapid blood glucose meter is more affected by external factors.It cannot replace the automatic biochemical analyzer in detecting blood glucose.Therefore,when clinically testing patients’blood glucose,it is necessary to carry out automatic biochemical analyzer testing to improve the accuracy of testing.
