| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨电刺激联合生物反馈用于非产后患者压力性尿失禁的临床效果.方法 选择56例轻度及中度女性非产后压力性尿失禁患者,进行1~2个疗程的电刺激联合生物反馈锻炼盆底肌肉治疗,观察其治疗效果.结果 56名患者中,有43人完成了治疗,尿失禁症状得到了不同程度的缓解.相对于治疗前,尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)和膀胱颈旋转角均有改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 电刺激联合生物反馈能有效的治疗压力性尿失禁;在治疗过程中应注意多种治疗方法联合应用,强调个体化治疗原则.

Effects of Bio-feedback and Pelvic Electric Stimulation on Stress Urinary Incontinence |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical effects of bio-feedback and pelvic electric stimulation on stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Methods Fifty-six patients with SUI were selected randomly. All the patients received one or two courses of treatment and the effects were observed. Results Forty-three patients finished the treatment and the symptoms were improved. Scores of ICI-Q-SF and rotational angle of bladder were found to be significantly different from those before the treatment. Conclusions Stress urinary incontinence could be treated by bio-feedback and pelvic electric stimulation. Both the combination of treatment and individualized treatment should be taken into account. |
