| 摘 要： | 全球经济急速发展后,随着慢性病高发、老龄化进程加快,患者对医疗服务的需求也逐渐向延续护理领域延伸。近年来,移动医疗在延续护理服务领域尤其是延续护理信息平台的建设发展中的优势已经逐渐突显,本文介绍了移动医疗在延续护理信息平台建设中的应用现状,为延续护理信息平台建设提供参考。
