| 摘 要： | 淋巴结转移被认为是胃癌进展中重要的扩散方式和疾病阶段，准确的淋巴结转移分期有助于临床实施胃癌患者预后的评估和治疗策略的制定。对于临床胃癌治疗而言，淋巴结转移相关研究中存在很多疑问尚未能明确。本文通过近年来国内外该专业领域研究结果总结分析，对现阶段胃癌淋巴结转移研究近况作一综述。

| Abstract: | Nodal metastasis is considered an important modality for the dissemination and staging of gastric cancer. Accurate staging of nodal metastasis improves prognostication and clinical treatment. However, clinical studies have failed to clarify a few issues regarding nodal metastasis from gastric cancer. In this review, we summarize and analyze new findings on the study of nodal metastasis from gastric cancer, and present the current opinions. |
