摘    要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是最常见的呼吸系统疾病之一.自噬是内质网膜包裹并降解异常蛋白质和细胞器的细胞途径,对维持细胞正常生理功能至关重要.线粒体是细胞中最重要的细胞器,主要参与能量生成和氧化还原反应等重要细胞过程.线粒体自噬是一种选择性清除损伤线粒体的自噬过程,是维持线粒体功能和数量正常的重要途径.越来越多的研究发现,线粒体自噬在COPD的病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用,故本文将线粒体自噬在COPD发病机制中的作用进行综述.

Abstract:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the most common respiratory diseases.Autophagy is a cellular pathway that encapsulates and degrades abnormal proteins and cells,which is essential to maintain normal physiological function of cells.Mitochondria are the most important cellular organ in cells,and are mainly involved in energy generation,redox reaction and other important cellular processes.Mitophagy is an autophagy process that selectively removes damaged mitochondria and is an important way to maintain the normal function and quantity of mitochondria.More and more researches have found that mitophagy plays an important role in the pathophysiology of COPD,therefore this review is to summarize the role of mitophagy in the pathogenesis of COPD.
