脑电图在癫痫诊断和治疗中的研究进展

癫痫主要是指大脑内部神经元突然兴奋放电而导致的患者出现暂时功能障碍。癫痫主要是在夜间发作,并且患者自身对于癫痫发作过程没有明显印象。医生主要依据患者家属以及患者癫痫发作时其他在场人员对患者的病情进行诊断,但是这种诊断方法准确性较低。近些年随着脑电图技术的不断成熟和完善,人们发现脑电图对于癫痫症状具有良好的诊断价值,原发性癫痫和继发性癫痫在发作时,脑电图图像上均具有明确的相应。因此近些年人们关于脑电图在癫痫诊断和治疗中的应用开展了大量的研究工作,取得了一些新认识和新进展,本文对这些进展进行综述,以期为临床癫痫诊断和治疗提供借鉴。

Research Progress of EEG in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Epilepsy

Epilepsy mainly refers to the temporary dysfunction caused by the sudden excitation and discharge of neurons in the brain.Epilepsy mainly occurs at night,and the patients themselves have no obvious impression of the seizure process.Doctors mainly diagnose the patients’condition according to their families and other people on the scene when they have epilepsy,but the accuracy of this diagnosis method is low.In recent years,with the continuous maturity and improvement of EEG technology,it has been found that EEG has a good diagnostic value for epileptic symptoms.When primary epilepsy and secondary epilepsy attack,the EEG image has a clear corresponding.Therefore,in recent years,a lot of research work has been carried out on the application of EEG in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy,and some new understanding and progress have been made.This paper reviews these progress in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy.
