冷链管理与预防接种效果的相关性研究

目的:探究冷链管理与预防接种效果的相关性。方法:对本院的冷链自动监测系统使用前后6个月的情况做数据信息统计,其中,手工监测的时间为2018年7月1日~2018年12月31日。自动监测的时间为2019年1月1日~2019年6月30日。共选取本院的13台疫苗储存冰箱作为本次研究活动的监测对象,对自动监测及手工监测所出现的机械故障及自动监测预警产生的原因进行分析。结果:自动监测组储苗冰箱机械故障发生率低于手工监测组,差异明显(P<0.05)。通过对自动监测预警的产生原因进行分析可知,包括提前预警、冰箱门关闭不严、冰箱断电、冰箱出现故障、冰箱门开启时间过长。结论:在预防接种中应用冷链管理方法,取得了良好的接种效果,为疫苗质量的提升奠定了坚实的基础。

Study on the Correlation Between Cold Chain Management and the Effect of Vaccination

Objective:To explore the correlation between cold chain management and the effectiveness of vaccination.Methods:Statistics on the data of 6 months before and after the use of the cold chain automatic monitoring system of our hospital were used.Among them,the time of manual monitoring was from July 1,2018 to December 31,2018.The time for automatic monitoring is from January 1,2019 to June 30,2019.A total of 13 vaccine storage refrigerators in our hospital were selected as the monitoring objects of this research activity to analyze the mechanical failures in automatic monitoring and manual monitoring and the causes of automatic monitoring and early warning.Results:The incidence of mechanical failure of the seedling storage refrigerator in the automatic monitoring group was lower than that in the manual monitoring group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Through analysis of the causes of automatic monitoring and early warning,we can see that it includes early warning,inadequate closure of the refrigerator door,power failure of the refrigerator,failure of the refrigerator,and excessive opening time of the refrigerator door.Conclusion:The application of cold chain management methods in vaccination has achieved good vaccination results and laid a solid foundation for the improvement of vaccine quality.
