跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床探讨

目的:探讨跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法:本次调查,以随机的方式选取2017年1月~2018年12月于本院患有跟骨骨折的患者作为本次调查的对象,共选取62例患者。将参与本次调查的患者分为两个小组,对照组和观察组各31例患者。观察组患者采用跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗方案,对照组患者采用经皮撬拨复位内固定进行手术治疗,比较分析两种治疗方式患者临床症状表现、治疗效果以及住院时间等方面。结果:研究结果表明观察组患者术后功能评分、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经过调查研究表明,对患有跟骨骨折的患者应用跟骨锁定钢板内固定术治疗取得良好效果,患者术后恢复快,住院时间缩短。

Clinical Discussion of Calcaneus Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Calcaneus Fracture

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of calcaneal locking plate internal fixation on calcaneal fractures.Methods:In this investigation,patients with calcaneal fractures in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the subjects of this investigation.A total of 62 patients were selected.The patients participating in this survey were divided into two groups,31 patients in each of the control group and the observation group.The patients in the observation group were treated with calcaneal locking plate internal fixation,and the patients in the control group were treated with percutaneous prying reduction and internal fixation.The clinical symptoms,treatment effects,and length of hospitalization of the two treatment methods were compared and analyzed.Results:The results of the study showed that the postoperative functional score,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After investigation and study,it has been shown that the treatment of calcaneal locking plate internal fixation for patients with calcaneal fractures has achieved good results.The patients recover quickly and the hospitalization time is shortened.
