25G微创玻璃体切除术治疗复杂孔源性视网膜脱离

目的:探讨对复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者选择25G微创玻璃体切除术进行治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择2018年4月~2019年5月收治的80例复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组拟定手术方案;比照组(40例):拟定23G微创玻璃体切割术展开疾病治疗;实验组(40例):拟定25G微创玻璃体切割术展开疾病治疗;就手术结果展开对比。结果:两组复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者视网膜复位率、术中并发症发生率同比照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者术后并发症发生率(5.00%)低于比照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者LogMAR视力、手术时间以及眼压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者于临床接受25G微创玻璃体切除术治疗后,利于术后并发症发生率的降低,最终促进复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者疾病转归。

25G Minimally Invasive Vitrectomy for Complicated Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 25g minimally invasive vitrectomy in the treatment of complicated rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods:80 patients with complicated rhegmatogenous retinal detachment admitted from April 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects;after the digital parity method was divided into groups,the operation plans of each group were explored;the comparison group(40 cases):23g minimally invasive vitrectomy was proposed to carry out disease treatment;the experimental group(40 cases):25g minimally invasive vitrectomy was proposed to carry out disease treatment;the results of the operation were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(5.00%)in patients with complex rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in AR vision,operation time and intraocular pressure(P>0.05).Conclusion:After 25g minimally invasive vitrectomy,complex rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and ultimately promote the outcome of complex rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients.
