运用3D-CE-TOF-SPGR序列研究无三叉神经痛恩施土家族人群三叉神经与血管的关系

摘    要:目的 利用对比增强三维时间飞跃法扰相梯度回波(3D-CE-TOF-SPGR)序列对恩施地区无三叉神经痛土家族人群受检者脑池段三叉神经与邻近血管关系进行研究。 方法 选择无三叉神经痛的恩施土家族体检者50例行增强轴位3D-TOF-SPGR序列,结合多平面重建图像观察、了解双侧脑池段三叉神经与邻近血管的关系,观察是否存在责任血管压迫三叉神经;并与文献报道的非少数民族地区研究结果进行比较,分析是否存在差异。 结果 所有受检者50例100侧三叉神经与邻近血管显示清楚,根据三叉神经与邻近血管距离的远近分成分离、接触、压迫三种情况,分离74侧(74%)、接触24侧(24%),压迫2侧(2%);结果与文献报道的非少数民族地区无三叉神经痛者研究结果(分离77侧,占77%,接触23侧,占23%)进行比较,经χ2检验,三叉神经与周围血管接触及压迫所占比例差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.2433,P=0.6218)。 结论 3D-CE-TOF-SPGR序列可用于显示、研究三叉神经和邻近血管的关系,非少数民族人群与恩施土家族人群在无三叉神经痛者三叉神经与邻近微血管接触及压迫率无差异,此结果可为恩施少数民族群体三叉神经痛病因学的研究提供依据。

Relationship between trigeminal nerve and its adjacent vessels by 3D-CE-TOF-SPGR sequence in Enshi Tujia nationality population without trigeminal neuralgia

Abstract:Objective To explore relationship between trigeminal neuralgia in the cisternal segment and its adjacent vessels by 3D-CE-TOF-SPGR sequence in Enshi Tujia nationality population without trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The enhanced axial 3D-TOF-SPGR combined multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) were performed in 50 Enshi Tujia nationality subjects without trigeminal neuralgia to observe the relations between cisternal segment of the trigeminal nerve and its adjacent vessels and the existence of vascular compression.The result was compared with the data from literatures. Results Among the 50 patients,the trigeminal nerve and adjacent vessels were shown clearly.The trigeminal nerve and adjacent vessels were discrete in 74 sides (74%),contact in 24 sides (24%) and oppressive in 2 sides (2%).When compared with literatures (77% and 23%),the difference was not significant (χ2=0.243,P=0.622). Conclusion The 3D-CE-TOF-SPGR sequence could be used to investigate relationship between trigeminal nerve and its adjacent vessels.There is no significant difference for rate of contact and compression between microvascular and trigeminal nerve in Enshi Tujia nationality population without trigeminal neuralgia.The results may become basis to research etiology of trigeminal neuralgia of Enshi minority groups.
