标准化沟通在心血管重症监护室患者护理中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨标准化沟通在心血管重症监护室(CCU)患者护理中的应用价值。 方法 选取2012年8月-2015年2月收住湖州市中心医院CCU患者92例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各46例,对照组给予CCU常规护理,治疗组在对照组护理基础上加用SBAR沟通系统进行干预,2组护理时间为14 d,记录2组抑郁评分变化情况、并发症发生情况与护理满意度。 结果 2组患者经过治疗和护理,抑郁评分均显著改善,各自较前相比(治疗组:6.44±1.67 vs.20.44±1.87;对照组:10.49±1.89 vs.20.33±2.09),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组(6.44±1.67)较对照组(10.49±1.89)改善更为显著,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组护理期间的再梗死、心脏骤停、恶性心律失常等并发症发生情况少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的满意度高于对照组(100.0% vs.84.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 标准化沟通在CCU患者护理中的应用有利于缓解患者的抑郁症状,降低心血管事件发生率,增进护患关系,提高护理服务满意度。

The application values of standardized communication for the cardiovascular disease patients in the intensive care unit

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application values of standardized communication for the cardiovascular disease patients in the intensive care unit. Methods Ninety-two cardiovascular disease patients in the intensive care unit of Huzhou Central Hospital from August,2012 to February,2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given conventional nursing of CCU,and patients in treatment group were added SBAR communication system based on control group.Patients in two groups were nursed for 14 d,then the depression score changes,complications incidence,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment and nursing,the depression scores of two groups were significantly improved,compared to those before treatment (treatment group:6.44±1.67 vs.20.44±1.87;control group:10.49±1.89 vs.20.33±2.09),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment group (6.44±1.67) was more significantly improved compared to that of the control group (10.49±1.89),with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of treatment group were higher than that of control group (100.0% vs.84.8%),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized communication for the cardiovascular disease patients in the intensive care unit could help to alleviate depression symptoms,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,promote nurse-patient relationship,and improve nursing service satisfaction.
