| 摘 要： | 本文从疼痛恐惧的概念及来源、疼痛恐惧对慢性疼痛患者的影响、疼痛恐惧的测评工具、疼痛恐惧的干预方法4个方面进行综述,以期为今后采取有效措施降低慢性疼痛患者疼痛恐惧水平、提高疼痛管理效果提供参考。
