无痛胃镜与普通胃镜在消化内科的应用效果及有效率影响评价

目的:对比分析给予消化内科患者无痛胃镜及普通胃镜的应用效果及有效率。方法:按动态随机化原则将本院2016年10月~2018年11月收治的90例消化内科患者分为对照组和观察组,在检查过程中分别使用普通胃镜及无痛胃镜。结果:检查前,两组患者的HR、收缩压及舒张压值对比均无明显差异(P>0.05),检查后,观察组的以上指标均明显优于对照组,且观察组的操作时间、疼痛评分及不良反应发生率也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予消化内科患者无痛胃镜检查效果及有效率均明显优于普通胃镜检查。

Application of Painless Gastroscopy and General Gastroscopy in Gastroenterology

Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect and effective rate of painless gastroscopy and general gastroscopy given to patients of digestive medicine.Methods:According to the principle of dynamic randomization,90 patients of gastroenterology treated in our hospital from October 2016 to November 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,and ordinary gastroscope and painless gastroscope were used during the examination.Results:Before the examination,there was no significant difference in HR,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the examination,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were also significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless gastroscopy is effective and effective in giving gastrointestinal patients better than ordinary gastroscopy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
