走罐疗法辅助治疗小儿肺炎60例临床观察

目的观察走罐疗法辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月至2019年1月辽宁中医药大学附属医院儿科收治的肺炎患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。2组均给予中、西医基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗方法的基础上结合拔罐疗法,治疗组在基础治疗方法的基础上结合走罐疗法。2组均治疗3 d后,比较临床疗效和临床症状消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率为98.3%(59/60),高于对照组的88.3%(53/60),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽和喘促、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论走罐疗法辅助治疗小儿肺炎疗效满意,可有效促进肺部啰音的吸收,减少发热、咳喘时间,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on slide cupping in adjunctive treatment of 60 cases of infantile pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of slide cupping in adjunctive treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods Totally 120 cases of infantile pneumonia admitted into pediatrics department in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to January 2019 were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each.The 2 groups were both given basic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,on the basis of basic treatment,the control group was combined with cupping therapy,while the treatment group was combined with slide cupping therapy.After the 2 groups were both treated for 3 days,the clinical efficacy and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.3%(59/60),which was higher than 88.3%(53/60)of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and asthmatic dyspnea,lung rales along with length of stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion It has satisfactory efficacy to use slide cupping in adjunctive treatment of infantile pneumonia,which can effectively promote the absorption of lung rales,reduce the time of fever and cough with dyspnea and shorten length of stay.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
