增强CT检查在肺腺癌诊断中的应用分析

摘    要:目的:探讨增强CT检查在肺腺癌诊断中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年3月~2019年1月本院接收的131例疑似肺癌患者作为本次研究对象,对患者分别进行多层螺旋CT平扫与增强扫描,对比CT平扫与增强扫描的诊断效果。结果:CT平扫诊断准确率是67.18%、敏感度是68.42%、特异度是65.45%,CT增强扫描分别是88.55%、89.47%、87.27%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌、肺结核球以及炎性假瘤患者的增强峰值与强化增值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);腺癌、小细胞癌以及鳞癌患者的CT净增强值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:增强CT检查在肺腺癌诊断中具有显著应用效果,诊断准确率较高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced CT examination in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:131 patients with suspected lung cancer received by our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were subjected to multi-slice spiral CT plain scan and enhanced scan,and the diagnosis of CT plain scan and enhanced scan was compared.effect.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CT plain scan was 67.18%,sensitivity was 68.42%,specificity was 65.45%,CT enhanced scans were 88.55%,89.47%,and 87.27%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Patients with lung cancer,tuberculosis bulb,and inflammatory pseudotumor had statistically significant differences in enhancement peak value and enhanced value-added(P<0.05);adenocarcinoma,small cell carcinoma,and squamous cell carcinoma had statistically significant differences in CT enhancement value(P<0.05.Conclusion:Enhanced CT examination has a significant application effect in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma,and the diagnosis accuracy rate is high,which is worthy of promotion.
