配戴老花镜多焦渐进镜不满意的原因分析24例

目的分析老花多焦渐进镜配戴不适原因,寻找处理方法,总结经验,以便更好的推广使用。方法对自2003～2005三年间在海南省医院验光配镜中心验光配戴老花多焦渐进镜的152名顾客,对其中24例在配戴一个周或一个月间返回本中心主诉不适的,进行多方面查找原因分析和给予处理意见。结果24例的投诉中,由于验光误差的6例,装配误差的9例,选架不符的3例,完全不能适应的6例。根据不同的原因做了相应的处理。结论验配老花渐进镜各环节都应严格把关,讲明该镜的优缺点,做好配前解释工作。

The Unfitting Reasons of 24 Wearing Progressive Addition Lenses Cases

Objective To analysis the unfitting reasons of progressive addition lenses (PALs) wearing among presbyopia people and summarizes the experience in order to seek the method to improve matches.Methods It has 152 customers matched PALs in the optometry of Hainan Province's people hospital in 2003~2005, 24customers complained unfitting after wearing PALs for one week or one month.Results In 24 unfitting cases, as a result of optometry error 6 cases, assembled error 9 cases, choice frames inappropriate 6 cases.Conclusion matched PALs to presbyopia people must be strictly in the whole matching procedure and it is important to explain the advantage and disadvantage before matches.
