| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平及与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法循环酶法测定63例2型糖尿病患者及22例健康人的血浆Hcy水平并进行比较。结果DN患者血浆Hcy水平较单纯DM显著升高(P<0.01),且与DN病程有关。结论DN患者Hcy显著升高其可能是DM患者发生DN的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Object To study the level of homocysteine(Hcy)in diabetes mellitus(DM)patient and the relationship between Hcy and diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The plasma Hcy level was measured and compared in 63 patients with type 2 DM and 22 control persons by the method of cycling enzyme.Results The plasma Hcy in DN was higher significantly than that of DM only(P<0.01),and it was correlation with the time of DN.Conclusion The significant increase in the plasma level of Hcy in DN may be an independent risk factor for DM patient turned to DN. |
