| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种治疗变应性鼻炎方法的疗效.方法将180例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,鼻内窥镜下射频治疗组88例,迎香穴位注射醋酸曲安奈德组92例,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效.结果经12月的随访观察,短期疗效两组无显著差别(P＞0.05),长期疗效有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论鼻内窥镱下射频治疗变应性鼻炎疗效优于迎香穴位注射醋酸曲安奈德.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of two methods for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with allergic rhinitis were divided randomly into two groups. Eighty-eight cases were treated with ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency under nasal endoscopy. Ninety-two cases with triamcinolone acetonide. The therapeutic effects between two groups were compared. Results All patients were followed up 12 months later. There were no significant differences in short-term between two grouds(P>0.05). But significant differences in long-term (P<0.05). Conclu- sion The effect of the allergic rhinitis were treated with ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency under nasal endoscopy is better than that with triamcinolone acetonide. |
