深化卫生改革 加快重庆卫生事业发展

重庆作为新设立的直辖市,毗邻三峡库区,是西南地区新兴的政治经济文化重镇,有很强的辐射作用。重庆市卫生局的领导深刻认识到,只有抓住机遇、克服困难,以邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的十五大精神为指导,深化卫生改革,全面推进城市职工医疗制度改革和农村合作医疗;转变医疗卫生服务模式,加强社区卫生服务工作;完善和调整医疗卫生机构,增强医疗卫生机构活力;形成大卫生观,不断改善人民生活条件;配合三峡工程建设,加快发展库区卫生事业,才能把重庆市卫生事业健康平稳高速度地推向21世纪。

Deepen the Reform of Health and Quicken the Chongqing Development of Health Course

Chongqing, a new city being directly under the jurisdiction of the central government and bordering on the Three Gorges, is a new chief city of the policy, economy and culture in southwestern China.The opportunity and difficulty coexist in the city. The health course can be pushed into 21 century by healthy, stable and speed methods unless Chongqing seizes the golden opportunity, overcomes the difficulty, is guided under the Deng Xiaoping theory about establishment socialism with China characteristics and the spirit of 15th National Party Congress, deepens the reform of health, carries out the reform of urban employees' medical system and rural cooperative medical system, transfers medical service model, strengthens community health service, perfects and adjusts the facilities of health service, heightens the vitality of medical and health facilities, improve the condition of people's life, coordinates Three Gorges construction,and accelerates the development of health course among these areas.
