糖尿病与非糖尿病患者外周动脉病变超声检查对比研究

目的:比较糖尿病(DM)患者外周动脉病变分布情况。方法:将216例外周动脉粥样硬化患者分为DM组和NDM组,对颈总(CCA)、颈窦(CS)、肱(BA)、髂总(CIA)、股(FA)、股深(PFA)、股浅(SFA)、(PA)、胫前(ATA)、胫后(PTA)和腓(PeronealA)动脉舒张期内-中膜厚度进行宽频超声检查,并对病变血管的分布、好发部位进行统计分析比较。结果:DM组动脉病变率明显高于NDM组(P<0·01),其中CCA、CS、BA、CIA无显著性差异(P>0·05),而FA、PFA、SFA、PA、ATAPTA、PeronealA差异显著(P<0·01);血管后壁及分叉处较前壁发病率高(P<0·01)。结论:动脉粥样硬化多发于血管后壁及分叉处,而DM较NDM组发病更广泛,下肢动脉受累更明显。

Ultrasonography study of peripheral arterial disease in diabetic and non-diabetic mellitus patients

Objective:To compare the features in the diabetic mellitus (DM) and non-diabetic mellitus (NDM) patients with peripheral arterial disease.Methods:216 cases with peripheral arterial disease were divided into two groups,the DM and NDM.The intima-medial thickness were detected on common carotid artery (CCA),carotid sinus (CS),brachial artery (BA), comon ilial artery (CIA),femoral artery (FA),profound femoral artery (PFA),superficial femoral artery (SFA),popliteal artery (PA),anterior tibial artery (ATA),posterior tibial artery (PTA) and peroneal artery (Peroneal A) through broad b and proble during the diastolic period.The distribution of pathologic change artery were analysed statistically.Results:The incidence of pathologic artery for Group DM was significantly higher than that for Group NDM (P<0.01);The incidence of pathologic changes of CCS,CS and BA showed on significant difference (P>0.05) between the two Groups;While the incidence of pathologic changes of CIA,FA,PFA,SFA,ATA,PTA and Peroneal A for Group DM were signigicantly higher than those for Group NDM (P<0.01);Pathologic change occurred frequently in posterior wall and branch of vessles (P<0.01).Conclusion:The atherosclerosis,it occurred frequently in posterior wall and branch of vessles,it in DM are more extensive than in NDM,it are more severe in artery of lower limb.
