| 摘 要： | 目的评价外固定支架治疗成人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法自2004年1月至2007年1月应用外固定支架治疗成年人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折18例，根据AO分型：C1型2例、C2型7例、C3型9例。结果术后随访6～24月，平均7．2月。依据Dienst功能评估标准进行评分，优12例，良4例，可2例，优良率88．9％，无严重并发症。结论 外固定支架治疗成人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折方法简单，疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of external fixator in treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures in adults. Methods From January 2004 to January 2007, 18 patients with comminuted distal radius fractures were treated by external fixator. Among them, there were 2 in type C1, 7 in type C2, and 9 in type C3 according to the AO classification system. Results 18 patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months after the operation, with an average of 7.2 months. According to Dienst scores was evaluated, the function recovery was excellent in 12 patients, good in 4 patientsand fair in 2 patients. The total excellence rate was 88.9%. Conclusion External fixator in treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures in adults was a simple and effective choice. |
