| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复方珍珠膏的制备及其治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法：依据中医学理论、药剂学基础进行组方，并选择凡士林做基质制成复方珍珠膏外用制剂；同时观察该软膏对86例外阴白色病变患者的疗效。结果：制剂工艺可行，质量控制方法简便、可靠，治疗外阴白色病变总有效率为90．7％。结论：该制剂配方及制法合理，性质稳定，使用方便、安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study the preparation technology of Compound Zhenzhugao and observe its clinical efficacy for vulvar white lesion. METHODS： The compounding was based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and pharmaceutics in which vaseline was selected as ground substance to prepare Compound Zhenzhugao external preparation. Then, its therapeutic effects on 86 vulvar white lesion patients were observed. RESULTS： The studies provided a suitable method for the preparation and simple and reliable method of quality control of Compound Zhenzhugao. The total clinical effective rate for vulvar white lesion reached 90.7 %. CONCLUSION： The formulation and preparative method of this preparation are reasonable, its property is stable and its use is convenient, safe and effective. |
