碳青霉烯类抗生素的药动学／药效学与研究开发概况

碳青霉烯类作为一种广谱的β-内酰胺类抗生素,具有抗菌活性强、耐药少、毒性低、良好的抗菌效果及对β-内酰胺酶稳定等特点。目前己经上市的碳青霉烯类抗生素种类很多,代表药有第一代的亚胺培南、第二代的美罗培南和新型的多利培南等。本文主要从碳青霉烯类代表药的药动学、药效学特征、临床给药方案、目前研究中面临的问题及研究方向等方面进行概述。

The pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics and research development of carbopenems antibiotics

Carbopenems,as a kind of broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotics,were characterized by strong antibacterial activity,low toxicity,stable to beta-lactamase,good efficacy in the clinic and so on.At present,there were many types of carbopenems antibiotics on the market.The typical drugs included imipenem,meropenem,doripenem and so on.This article mainly reviewed the pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics,the dosage regimen in clinic,the questions and direction in the research of carbopenems antibiotics.
