补肾活血汤对妇科肿瘤放化疗后卵巢功能的影响

目的:观察补肾活血汤对妇科肿瘤放化疗后卵巢功能的影响。方法:96例妇科肿瘤放化疗患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西药治疗治疗,观察组给予补肾活血汤。治疗结束后,比较两组卵巢功能、免疫功能和生活质量。结果:两组治疗后在卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵巢体积、动脉峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)较治疗前明显下降,E2较治疗前明显提高,治疗前后组内比较差异显著(P0.05),观察组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、卵巢体积、PSV、PI、RI改善水平较对照组治疗后显著(P0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前明显提高,CD8+则明显下降,治疗前后比较,差异显著(P0.05),对照组无明显差异性(P0.05),观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+较对照组改善显著(P0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤能保护妇科肿瘤放化疗后卵巢功能,且能提高免疫力。

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang on Ovarian Function After Gynecologic Oncology Chemotherapy

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Tang on ovarian function after gynecologic oncology chemotherapy.METHODS:96 cases of gynecological cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy put for the study,divided into two groups,the control group of 48 patients treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group of 48 cases was given Bushen Huoxue Tang.After the end of treatment,the two groups of ovarian function,immune function and quality of life were compared.Results:After treatment,the FSH,LH,ovarian volume,PSV,PI,RI than before treatment decreased significantly,significantly improved compared with before treatment in the E2,the difference in the group before and after treatment was significantly (P ＜0.05),the observation group After treatment in FSH,LH,E2,ovarian volume,PSV,PI,RI significant level of improvement compared with the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Observation group after treatment in CD3 +,CD4 +,before treatment CD4 +/CD8 + on significantly improved,CD8 + decreased significantly,before and after treatment were significantly different (P ＜0.05),the control group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),the observation group therapy After the CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + was significantly improved compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Tang can protect gynecological cancer chemotherapy of ovarian function and improve immunity..
