更年舒片联合替勃龙片对围绝经期综合征患者血脂代谢及激素水平的影响

目的:观察更年舒片联合替勃龙片治疗围绝经期综合征(肾虚证)患者的临床疗效及对血脂代谢和激素水平的影响。方法:将110例患者采用随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。除去脱落和失访,治疗组50和对照组51例。对照组采用替勃龙片治疗,每次2.5 mg,每天1次,口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服更年舒片治疗,每次5片,每天3次。两组疗程均为12周。于治疗前后进行匹兹堡失眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、肾虚证和Kupperman评分;检测治疗前后血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、促卵泡成熟素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)和血脂水平。结果:治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.529,P0.05);治疗后治疗组Kupperman量表、PSQI、肾虚证评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗后治疗组FSH和LH水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗后治疗组三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:更年舒片联合替勃龙片治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚证能改善临床症状,提高睡眠质量,能调节激素平和调节血脂代谢,提高临床疗效。

Influences of Gengnianshu Tablets Combined with Tibolone Tablets in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome on Levels of Blood Lipid Metabolism and Hormone

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gengnianshu tablets combined with Tibolone tablets in treating perimenopausal syndrome(kidney deficiency syndrome) and influences on levels of blood lipid metabolism and hormone.Methods:110 patients were randomly divided into control group of 55 cases and observation group of 55 cases by numeric table method.Patients of control group were treated with Tibolone tablets (2.5 mg per time,qd).Observation group was taken with Gengnianshu tablets (5 tablets per time,tid).Two groups of patients received 12 weeks courses.The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),kidney deficiency syndrome and Kupperman were compared before and after treatment.E2,FSH,LH and levels of blood lipid were detected before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of perimenopausal syndrome for observation group was 100％,higher than 86％ for control group (x2 =5.529,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),kidney deficiency syndrome and Kupperman in observation group were obviously lower than control one(P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,all detected scores of PSQI scale in observation group were lower than those of control group(P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,levels of serum FSH and LH in observation group were evidently lower,while E2 was higher than that of control group with statistical significances(P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in observation group were evidently lower,while HDL-C was higher than that of control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Gengnianshu tablets combined with Tibolone tablets in treating perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency syndrome could improve symptom and sleep quality,regulate blood lipid metabolism and hormone,improve the clinical curative effect.
