针灸足三里治疗中老年脑出血患者院内感染临床研究

目的:探讨针灸足三里治疗中老年脑出血患者院内感染的临床疗效。方法:选取80例脑出血合并院内感染的中老年患者,根据数字表法随机分为两组,试验组与对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予针灸足三里治疗,对比分析两组临床治疗效果、生存质量评分情况以及格拉斯哥评分(glasgow coma scale,GCS)情况。结果:试验组患者有效率为95.00%明显高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.740 4,P=0.000 38)。试验组患者的生存质量评分(32.35±11.53)分,对照组生存质量评分(62.42±16.53)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.008 7,P=1.724 7×10-16)。试验组治疗后患者的GCS评分(6.74±0.67)分,对照组GCS评分(5.97±0.53)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.700 5,P=1.018 8×10-7)。结论:针灸足三里治疗中老年脑出血患者院内感染的临床效果显著,降低院内感染发生率,提高生活质量,安全可靠。

Clinical Study on Nosocomial Infection in Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage After Acupuncture Treatment at Zusanli

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment at Zusanli (ST36) on nosocomial infection in middleaged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 elderly patients of cerebral hemorrhage associated with nosocomial infection in our hospital were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The patients of the control group were given conventional drugs,and the patients of the experimental group were given conventional drugs and acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36).Clinical treatment efficacy,quality of life score and glasgow coma scale (GCS) score were compared and analyzed in two groups.Results:The overall response rate of patients in the experimental group (95.00％) was obviously higher than that of the control group (62.50％),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =15.740 4,P =0.000 38).The quality of life score in patients of the experimental group (32.35 ± 11.53) points was obviously lower than that of the control group (62.42 ± 16.53) points,and the difference was statistically significant (t =10.008 7,P =1.724 7 × 10-16).GCS score of the experimental group (6.74 ± 0.67) points was obviously higher than that of the control group (5.97 ±0.53) points,the difference was statistically significant (t =5.700 5,P =1.018 8 × 10-7).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36) has an obvious effect on nosocomial infection in middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,it can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of life,,and is safe and reliable,which contribute to its wide application.
