金叶败毒颗粒防治鼻咽癌三维适型放疗后口腔干燥症临床研究

目的:观察金叶败毒颗粒防治鼻咽癌三维适型放疗后口腔干燥症的临床疗效。方法:100例接受三维适型放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机化分为观察组和对照组。在放疗期间,对照组(50例)给予薄荷水,观察组(50例)给予金叶败毒颗粒。比较两组患者口干主观评分和动态唾液分泌量。结果:用药后观察组口干主观评分(2.24±1.02)分,明显低于对照组(5.23±1.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。放疗结束时,观察组10 min动态唾液分泌量(5.23±1.35)m L,明显高于对照组(2.56±1.24)m L,放疗后1个月;观察组10 min动态唾液分泌量(7.13±2.93)m L,明显高于对照组(2.46±1.82)m L,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α(10.57±0.87)ng·L-1、IL-6(13.36±0.95)ng·L-1、IL-8(2.02±0.58)ng·L-1显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组放射性口腔干燥发生时间(17.5±5.3)d、愈合时间(10.1±4.2)d、咽喉疼痛评分(3.5±0.7)分,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:金叶败毒颗粒防治鼻咽癌三维适型放疗后口腔干燥症的临床效果确切,可促进患者唾液分泌量的增加,减轻其口干症状。

Clinical Study on Prevention and Treatment of Xerostomia Caused by Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Carcinoma with Jinyebaidu Granule

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of prevention and treatment of xerostomia caused by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for carcinoma with Jinyebaidu Granule.Methods:100 patients with dimensional conformal radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.During radiotherapy,the control group (50 cases) received peppermint water,the observation group (50 cases) received Jinyebaidu Granule.Comparison of two groups of patients with xerostomia subjective score and dynamic salivary secretion.Results:After treatment,observation group dry mouth subjective score was (2.24 ± 1.02) points,significantly lower than the control group (5.23 ± 1.82) points,and the difference was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).At the end of radiotherapy,10 min dynamic salivary secretion in the observation group was (5.23 ± 1.35) mL,significantly higher than the control group (2.56 ± 1.24) mL,1 month after radiotherapy;10 min dynamic salivary secretion in the observation group was (7.13 ± 2.93) mL,significantly higher than the control group (2.46 ± 1.82) mL,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).After treatment,TNF-alpha of the observation group was (10.57 ± 0.87) ng · L-1,IL-6 was (13.36 ± 0.95)ng · L-1and IL-8 was (2.02 ± 0.58)ng · L-1,which were significant lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The occurrence time was(17.5 ± 5.3) d,healing time (10.1 ± 4.2) d,throat pain score (3.5 ± 0.7) in the observation group were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jinye Baidu Granule on prevention and treatment of xerostomia caused by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for carcinoma can promote the secretion of saliva of patients increased,reform the symptoms of xerostomia.
