中医辨证治疗晚期原发性肝癌临床研究

目的:观察中医辨证治疗晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:60例晚期原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以经肝动脉化疗灌注栓塞(transcatheter arterical embolization,TACE),观察组在对照组基础上行中医辨证治疗。治疗后,分别行欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织生命质量核心量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)和功能状态量表(KPS)评分,观察两组临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为30.0%,对照组有效率为12.5%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组Ⅱ-Ⅲ级血小板下降、胃肠道反应、腹泻的几率分别为10.0%、23.33%、10.0%均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫功能优于对照组组,EORTCQLQ-C30评分和KPS评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医辨证联合TACE治疗晚期原发性肝癌可提高近期疗效,提高免疫功能。

TCM Differentiation in Treating Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To explore the effect of TCM differentiation in treating advanced primary liver cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted into the hospital were selected as the research object and they were all confirmed by pathological diagnosis and were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized controlled table with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemo embolization (TACE) while the observation group was treated with TCM differentiation based on the control group.The two groups were respectively scored by the European organization for research and treatment of cancer,quality of life core questionnaire (EORTCQLQ-C30) and functional status scale (KPS).The clinical curative effects,immune function and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 30.0％ which was higher than 12.5％ in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The ratios of thrombocytopenia of grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ,gastrointestinal reaction and diarrhea in the observation group respectively were 10.0％,23.33％ and 10.0％ which were lower than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);After the treatment,the immune function of the observation was better than that of the control group.Scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 and KPS were higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion TCM differentiation combined with TACE in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer can improve the short-term effect and immune function.
