| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肝益肾通络汤治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:88例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予独活寄生汤治疗。观察两组患者坐骨神经痛发作频率、持续时间及疼痛程度。结果:治疗后观察组发作频率、持续时间以及疼痛程度均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:补肝益肾通络汤治疗治疗坐骨神经痛疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Bugan Yishen Tongluo Tang in the Treatment of Sciatica |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bugan Yishen Tongluo Tang in the treatment of sciatica.Methods:88 cases of patients with sciatica were randomly divided into observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group were given Bugan Yishen Tongluo Tang.Two groups were observed in patients with sciatica,seizure frequency,duration and degree of pain.Results:The frequency,duration and degree of pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bugan Yishen Tongluo Tang n in the treatment of sciatica has remarkable curative effect. |
