| 摘 要： | 目的考察阿奇霉素注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法采用不同厂家、不同批号、不同灵敏度的鲎试剂对阿奇霉素注射液进行干扰试验考察。结果选用灵敏度为0.25EU／ml(0.125 EU／ml)的鲎试剂,阿奇霉素注射液经2(4)倍稀释,不会对细菌内毒素检查产生干扰。结论阿奇霉素注射液的热原检查可以被内毒素检查法取代。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a bacterial endotoxins test of Azithromycin Injection using tachypleus amebocyte lysate.Method The interferential tests of Azithromycin Injection were studied using tachypleus amebocyte lysate of different factories, different batch numbers and different sensitivities. Results When the tachypleus amebocyte lysate's sensitivity (λ) was 0.25Eu/ml (0.125Eu/ml) and maximum valid dilution(MVD)was 2(4), the bacterial endotoxins test was not interfered.Conclusion The bacterial endotoxins test of Azithromycin Injection can be instead of the pyrogen test of it. |
