| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外源性玻璃酸钠(sodiumhyaluronate,SH)对骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)患者的血清及滑液中白介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法26例膝关节OA患者,关节内注射玻璃酸钠,1次/周,连用5周,治疗前后均空腹抽取血清及滑液,以检测IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后血清和滑液中的IL-1β、TNF-α含量均降低,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论外源性玻璃酸钠可以直接或间接调节I-1和TNF-α水平,从而治疗膝OA。
