肾错构瘤26例诊疗分析

目的：探讨提高肾错构瘤诊治水平。方法：对26例肾错构瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：年龄28～70岁。肿瘤大小1.5～15cm,B超确诊率为73.9%（17/23）,CT确诊率为80.8%（21/26）。26例中,肾切除7例,根治性肾切除2例,错构瘤剜除术3例,肾部分切除4例,8例双侧错构瘤中2例同时行双侧肿瘤剜除术加肾部分切除,1例左肾部分切除术后1年,右肾肿瘤增大至5cm行剜除术,另5例一侧肿瘤行剜除术,另一侧因肿瘤体积尚小予以随访。2例未手术观察随访。结论：B超和CT为诊断错构瘤首选方法。肿瘤剜除术、肾部分切除术应作为首选治疗方法。

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Angiomyolipoma (Report of 26 Cases)

Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma.Methods：26 cases of renal angiomyolipoma clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Aged 28 to 70 years old,tumor size 1.5～15cm,B super-diagnosis rate of 73.9%（17/23）,CT diagnosis rate was 80.8%（21/26）.The group of 26 cases,7 cases of nephrectomy,radical nephrectomy in 2 cases,hamartoma enucleation in 3 cases,partial nephrectomy in 4 cases,8 cases of bilateral hamartoma in 2 cases of bilateral tumor enucleation at the same time-line surgery plus partial nephrectomy,and 1 year after partial hepatectomy in the left kidney,right renal tumor increased to 5cm line enucleation,and the other five cases of the side of the tumor enucleation,and the other side due to tumor size is still small to be follow-up.2 cases did not observe the follow-up surgery.Conclusion：B-ultrasound and CT for the diagnosis of hamartoma of the preferred method.The choice of treatment should be based on a specific case,in principle,we should try to preserve the normal kidney tissue,and tumor enucleation,and partial nephrectomy should be the first choice.
