| 摘 要： | 目的探讨根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法选择需行根管治疗术的病人59例,根管104个。采用日本产ROOT ZX根管长度测量仪测量根管的工作长度,进行根管预备、消毒、充填,拍X光片了解根管充填情况,判断工作长度测量的准确性。结果适充79个,超充4个,欠充9个,未测出12个。结论根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度具有较高的准确性,是临床确定根管工作长度的理想方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study accuracy of determing the working length by means of root-canal surveyor. Methods To measure the working lenghts of the 104 root canals by the root-canal surveyor and to judge its accuracy by the X line slice. Results There are 79 examples of fit filling, 4 examples over the standard, 9 examples below the standard, and 12 examples having not ben detected. Conclusion The root-canal length surveyor is an convenient and simple tool in measureing the root-canal lenght with great accuracy. |
