| 摘 要： | 本文通过生物素——抗生物素系统(BAS),酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、反向被动血凝试验(RPHA)检测HBsAg的比较试验,确证BAS具有更高的灵敏度,且特异性很好。建议把BAS用于献血员、饮食从业人员、公共场所服务人员、保育员等的筛检。

| Abstract: | This Paper described a comparative tests that HBsAg was detected by Biotin Avidin System (BAS) and Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Reverse Passive Haemagglutination (RPHA) . According to the comparison it was demonstrated that Biotin- Avidin System Possessed higher sensibilty and a very good Specificity. It Suggested that the method of Biotin-Avidin System be used to detect donors and attendants of eatables and drinkables and attendants of public place and the child-care workers. |
