| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩超实时引导活检枪法与Ｂ超定位手动法肾活检的差别。方法 对２８例彩超实时引导活检枪法２０例Ｂ超定位手动法肾脏穿刺活检结果进行回顾性比较分析。结果 彩超引导活检枪法成功率１００％，肉眼血尿为０，镜下血尿３６．８％，肾包膜下及肾周血肿为０，而Ｂ超定位手动法分别为８０％，３０％，８６．７％及２０％，具有显著统计学差异，本文对两种不同结果的原因进行了讨论。结论 彩超实时引导活检枪法在安全性及取材

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the difference between color Doppler ultrasound guided automatic method and ultrasond located manual needle in renal biopsy Method The results of 28 cases of color Doppler ultrasound guided automatic renal biopsy and 20 cases of ultrasound located manual needle renal biopsy were analysed retrospectively Results The successful biopsy rate,visible hemuresis,microscopic hemuresis and renal hematoma were 100%,0,36 8%,and 0 respectively in the former group and 80%,30? 7%,and 20% in the latter group Causes of the statistical difference between the two methods were discussed Conclusion Color Doppler Ultrasusond guided automatic renal biopsy was recommended because of its safety and reliability |
