某院711例住院时间超30天患者原因分析

目的分析某院711例住院时间超30天患者的原因并提出对策,提高医疗资源使用效率。方法采集某三甲医院2013年1月⁶月住院时间超过30天的患者信息,并对其超长原因及构成比进行分析。结果疾病自身原因是住院时间超30天的主要原因,其次是并发症、慢病、社会因素、发现新的疾病、医疗纠纷、工伤事故等。结论加强双向转诊和分级诊疗、加强围手术期管理、严格控制医院感染、加强卧床病人的护理等是减少住院时间超30天患者的重要途径。

REASON OF 711 CASES PATIENTS STAYING OVER 30 DAYS IN A HOSPITAL

Objective To Analyze the reason of 711 inpatients stay over 30 days and find prove the utilization efficiency of medical resources. Method We Collected relevant information of the inpatients stay over 30 days in a Hospital between January and June 2013, and analyzed the causes and its constituent ratio. Result The cause of disease is the main reason. The others are secondary complications, chronic diseases, the family refused to discharge, transfer not smooth, discover new disease, the medical dispute and inductrial injury accident. Conclusion Promoting two - way referral by the hospital association and strengthening peri - operation period management and controlling hospital infection and Strengthening the bedridden patients care are the effective ways to solve the problem of over 30 days in hospital.
