高负压引流系统在甲状腺手术中的应用

目的探讨甲状腺术后的有效引流方法。方法对60例接受甲状腺手术患者随机分组行术后甲状腺窝HNPDS引流(实验组)与普通胶管引流(对照组),通过对引流量、引流时间、拔管后伤口积液量、伤口疼痛程度等指标进行对比分析。结果实验组与对照组各观察指标均有显著性差异(p<0.05),两组的差异有统计学意义。结论甲状腺术后放置HNPDS引流较普通胶管引流更有优势,值得推广应用。

APPLICATION OF HIGH NEGATIVE PRESSURE DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN THYROID SURGERY

Objective To explore an effective method of drainage after thyroid surgery. Methods 60 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were randomly divided into two groups,respectively adopting high negative pressure drainage and traditional drainage after surgery. And the drainage volume,duration of drainage,the magnitude of hydrocele of wound after removing tubes,and pain degree were comparative analyzed between the two groups. Results All the observation indexes had significant statistical difference between the experimental group and control group（p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The high negative pressure drainage system has advantages over ordinary rubber drainage,so it is worth of popularization and application after thyroid surgery.
