对139名军队护士一般自我效能感与心理健康的相关性研究

目的分析军队医院护士一般自我效能感与心理健康的相关性。方法应用自我效能感量表和症状自评量表对某军队医院139名护士进行调查。结果139名护士的一般自我效能感评分为（2．69±0．58）分；症状自评量表敌对因子分高于中国女军人常模和中国常模；一般自我效能感与症状自评量表总分和各因子分均呈负相关（P〈0．05）；自我效能感高分组护士的症状自评量表总分及各因子分均低于自我效能感低分组（P〈0．05）。结论某军队医院护士心理健康整体状况良好，其中自我效能感高的护士心理状况明显好于自我效能感低者。

Study on the relationship between general self-efficacy and mental health among 139 military nursing staff

Objective To investigate the relationship between self - efficacy and mental health among nursing staff in a military hospital. Method One hundred and thirty - nine nursing staff in a military hospital were recruited and investigated with the General Self - Efficacy Scale （GSES） and Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90）. Results The mean score of GSES was （2.69± 0.58） points. The factor score of hostility of SCL - 90 was significantly higher than that of both the normal of general people and women in PLA. The score of GSES was negatively correlated with the total score and each factor score of SCL - 90 （P 〈 0.05）. The total score and each factor score of SCL - 90 were all significantly lower among the nurses with high level of self - efficacy compared with the nurses with low level of self - efficacy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The general status of mental health among nursing staff in the military hospital is good, and the mental health among nurses with high level of self - efficacy is better than those with low level of self- efficacy.
