| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾移植患者并发上呼吸道感染的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2009年1～5月收治的肾移植术后上呼吸道感染患者26例的临床资料，对护理措施、经验进行总结。结果平均应用高效、广谱抗生素10～12d，辅以雾化吸入及严格系统化整体护理，26例患者痊愈出院，平均住院13d。结论肾移植并发上呼吸道感染在护理工作中应密切观察病情变化，进行综合的系统化整体护理，这是提高肾移植术后并发上呼吸道感染治愈率的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the expericences of nursing for patients with kidney transplantation when combined with infection of upper respiratory tract. Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 26 patients with kidney transplantation when combined with infection of upper respiratory tract, and then summarized the nursing experiences. Results All the patients had recoveried after 10-12 days of using broad-spectrum antibiotic, spray inhalation and strict general nursing. The average days in hopital was 13 days. Conclusions Careful nursing observation and general systemic nursing are the keys to correct infection of patients with upper respiratory tract after kidney transplantation. |
