人性化护理在肝癌患者动脉导管栓塞化疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨人性化护理模式在肝癌患者动脉导管栓塞化疗中的应用及效果,为改进护理工作提供科学依据。方法将144例行动脉导管栓塞化疗的肝癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组各72例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予人性化护理。对比分析2组治疗效果、并发症、SDS和SAS评分。进行χ^2检验和t检验。结果实验组好转率和治愈率显著高于对照组;实验组呕吐、出血、迷走神经反射和肝功能衰竭等并发症发生率显著低于对照组;出院前实验组SDS评分和SAS评分显著低于对照组。结论人性化护理能够提高患者的治疗效果,减少护患纠纷,提高护理人员的工作积极性,值得在医院进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective In order to know the application effects of transcatheter hepatic artery ehemoembolization for patients with liver cancer. Methods Divided 144 liver cancer patients into the experimental group and the control group randomly, there were 82 cases in each group. Routine nursing cares were used in the control group, humanized nursing were used in the experimental group in addition. Compared the curative effect, incidence rate of complication and scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups. Results The curative effect in the experimental group was significant better than in the control, the incidence rate of complications were lower in the experimental group than those of in the control group. Before out of hospital, the SAS and SDS level in the experimental group was better than in the control group. Conclusions Humanized nursing can enhance the curative effect, avoid disputs between patients and nurses, and then promote nurses' working interesting.
