女性肥胖患者与隐性高血压关系的研究

目的：探讨女性肥胖患者隐性高血压（MH）的患病情况及血压与心率的关系。方法：收集就诊血压正常的232例肥胖组及241例健康对照组，行24h动态血压监测（ABPM），对比分析两组的静息心率（RHR）及ABPM等各项监测指标。结果：肥胖组MH发生率为31．9％，对照组为13．7％（x2=21．35，P〈0．01）；肥胖组24小时平均血压、日间平均血压、24小时心率和日间心率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。肥胖伴MH组（139例）24小时心率和日间心率高于单纯肥胖组（93例）（P〈0．05）。结论：心率增加可能参与了女性肥胖患者MH的发病过程，ABPM可作为诊断女性肥胖患者隐性高血压的依据。
