重建认知对老年高血压病患者遵医行为及疗效的影响

目的：研究重建认知对老年高血压病患者遵医行为及疗效的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对实验组进行重建认知教育，对照组未施加任何干预措施，半年后比较两组患者的遵医行为（包括按时服药，定期测量血压，适量运动，控制体重，低盐饮食，低脂饮食）和血压控制情况，结果：实验组在遵医行为方面和血压控制情况明显高于对照组。结论：重建认知可以提高老年高血压病患者遵医行为和治疗效果。

Objeetive：The research reconstruction cognition obeys the medical behavior and the curative effect influence to the old age hypertension sickness patient. Methods： Divides into the experimental group and the control group stochastically 120 example patients,carries on the reconstruction cognition education to the experimental group, the control group has not exerted any interven- tion measure, after half year compares two group of patients to obey the medical behavior （including to take medicine on time, regular survey blood pressure, right amount movement, control body weight,low salty diet,low fat diet） and blood pressure control situation,Results：The experimental group is obeying the medical behavior aspect and the blood pressure control situation is higher than the control group obviously. Conclusion：The reconstruction cognition may enhance the old age hypertension sickness patient to obey the medical behaviar and the treatment result.
