颈椎病患者康复需求及心理状态调查分析

目的：了解颈椎病患者心理状态及康复需求，探索切合实际、行之有效的颈椎病康复运作模式。方法：采用症状自评量袁（SCL-90），及自行设计的颈椎病患者康复需求调查袁，对符合颈椎病诊断标准的67例患者，分别进行心理状态评定及康复需求调查。结果：颈椎病患者心理健康状况低于常模，在SCL-90躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、及精神病性等项因子分高于常模。且差异显著（P〈0．01或0．05）。同时颈椎病患者多数没有得到及时指导督促，疾病反复发作。结论：应重视患者的心理问题，给予必要的心理支持与干预，同时应进一步满足颈椎病患者康复需求，尝试联合社康共同维护颈椎病康复状态的运作模式。
