实行家属健康教育对慢性乙肝患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨对慢性乙肝患者家属同步实施健康教育对患者生活质量的影响。方法：将64例慢乙肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，同时选择观察组每住患者的一个家属对其进行健康教育，采用spitzer的QLI评定量表对两组患者进行评定分析。结果：观察组生活质量各维度得分明显高于对照组。结论：对慢性乙肝患者家属同步实施健康教育，可提高家属的照料水平与配合程度，提高病人的生活质量。
